This is the "cercle" of our first improvisation class...this is when we start connecting one to each other and create relationships, as a big family! First Year Dance-Coventry 2010. What a beautiful start!
What means improvisation?
- Explore myself;
- Finding my qualities and my goals;
- Freedom;
- Try to connect movement;
- Discover a new process in my body and mind;
- I can be what I never was...
- Spontaneity- the quality of moving from natural feelings;
- Intuition- instinctive knowing(without the use of rational process)
