- continuous and fluid movement;
- softness in the chest;
- head leading;
- moments of pressing [ head goes to tail];
- moments of extension [ stretch the spine];
- moments of balance: make sure that the ribcage in soft and down and the pelvis falls trough the hills;
- don't forget to breath!

- freedom when I dance and jump;
